Returns & Warranty Policy

If your Obuy item has any defect as the result of the materials or workmanship we want to make it right!
30-day Returns
Orders can be returned within 30 days after receiving the product. Returned items must be in the same condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Once you request a refund or exchange, we will send you a return label to send the item back to us with no charge.
For a full refund, free and promotional items must be returned with the item(s) ordered. Upon receipt of the return, we will process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take 2-5 business days for a refund to show up on any bank statements.
If you want a replacement, once your return is received, a replacement will be processed.
For items purchased from third-party platforms within 30 days, we recommend you contact the original seller first, so they can better assist you. If you have any issues with them, please contact us at cs.us@obuy.com or via our live chat.
Within Limited Warranty
If your item needs to be returned for repair or replacement under warranty, you can submit a request to return the defective item in the "Order Center" of "My Account". You will only be responsible for the one-way shipping costs. Your repair or exchange request will be processed as soon as possible once we receive it. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, modifications, misuse, disintegrations, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, or repair by anyone other than Obuy itself.
Non-Warranty
If your item is no longer under warranty, we will be happy to offer you a discount on the purchase of a new item in our online store.
