Website Closing Announcement

Due to the strategic adjustment of Obuy.com Inc., we are sorry to inform you that after 4/1/2024, the us.obuy.com website will no longer accept any orders. The website will be closed from 5/1/2024.
To ensure you are sufficiently taken care of after the closure, we will deal with the warranty claims, accounts, and coupons as follows:
1. Warranty
(a) Us.obuy.com will still provide customer service through (cs.us@obuy.com) and will be available until 6/30/2024.
(b) After 6/30/2024, any warranty claims will be handled by the Olight customer service team by emailing them directly at cs@olightstore.com. (PS: We will update the warranty policy in real time.)
2. Accounts
(a) If your us.obuy.com account has been bound with your olightstore.com account, then your Obuy points, O-coins, and other membership benefits will not be affected by the closure of us.obuy.com. You can continue to enjoy your membership benefits at olightstore.com.
(b) If your us.obuy.com account is not bound with your olightstore.com account, you can choose to bind with the olightstore.com account voluntarily to continue to enjoy the membership benefits before us.obuy.com closes.
(c) If your us.obuy.com account is not bound with your olightstore.com account before the closure of us.obuy.com, we will delete all the relevant data from your us.obuy.com account (except for the necessary data for providing warranty claims such as order number, email number, and the amount of the paid products) after 3 months from the date of closure of the site. Your Obuy points and O-coins will be zeroed out at this time. If you need to delete your account and personal data information voluntarily, please contact our customer service at cs.us@obuy.com.
3.Coupons
(a) Redemption Coupon: Please use up the coupon as soon as possible before 4/2/2024, otherwise, we will return the coupon at the equivalent value of your redemption coupon in O-coins ($1 coupon=200 O-coins).
(b) Upgrade Coupon: Please use up your upgrade coupon as soon as possible before 4/2/2024, otherwise, your upgrade coupon will be invalid.

3. I have an Obuy account but no Olight account (or my account on each website has not been bound together yet). What can I do with my Obuy points and O-coins?
If your us.obuy.com account is not bound with your olightstore.com account, you can choose to bind with the olightstore.com account voluntarily to continue to enjoy the membership benefits before us.obuy.com closes.
How to link your Obuy account to Olight:
Please make sure that you use the same email address to log in. Once you have logged into the Obuy website homepage, using a mobile device, there are 3 methods to link your accounts:
(a) Click the "三" button in the upper left corner of the page, and then click "Shop Olight" to bind.
(b) Scroll down to the "Shop by Category" section, and then click the "Olight" category to bind.
(c) Scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see "Companion Website", and then click "Olight" to bind.
If you are using a computer, there are 2 methods to link your accounts:
(a) Directly click "Obuy" in the upper right corner of the homepage to bind.
(b) Scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see "Companion Website", and then click "Olight" to bind.
4. What'll happen to my unused coupons?

Products of self-developed brands such as Olife and Oknife can be searched on Amazon and will be found if they are in stock.
